The Tuk-Tuks in Phuket are typically based on small Daihatsu Hijet trucks, with a canopy over seats in the rear tray. They are generally well maintained and very clean, with most having a large (and noisy) exhaust. Red is the most common colour, with yellow also becoming more common, while green and blue are less common.

Many of the Tuk-Tuks are riced up, with mags, under-body neons, body kits, amplifiers and big speakers, etc.

Note that these Daihatsu Tuk-Tuks appear to be specific to Phuket, with Tuk-Tuks in Bangkok and other parts of Thailand typically being smaller three-wheeled vehicles.

Haha great series Martin! I showed a few people these shots and we all found the rice amusing. My pick would probably be the first with a great perspective
