Although I receives a lot of email, I generally try to respond to all emails sent to me.
Be sure to provide a valid return email address. It happens too often that I attempt
to reply to an email, only to get a Delivery Status Notification, due to an invalid email address.
Attachments
Do not send large attachments to me.
If you really need to send an attachment, please compress it before sending it (preferably using zip),
or put it online somewhere and send me a download link.
