iiNet/OzEmail/iHug Usage Analyser
Background
The iiNet Usage Analyser (iiUsage) was originally designed and coded
by Tim Hall.
In late 2003, Martin took Tim's source code, did a major clean-up of the code
(including a rewrite of large parts of the code),
and added some more functionality and enhancements.
Martin also enhanced it to support iiNet's new monthly anniversary quota calculations,
which were implemented on 12 January 2004, replacing their rolling 30 day quotas,
and has continued to add new features.
