Welcome
This 2000 TJ Magna Advance wagon
was purchased when it was 14 months old, and had been optioned up
with window tint, roof bars and alloys.
The Magna was our family car for several years.
After family expansions, a Tarago became the new family car, and the Magna
became my daily driver.

The car has been very reliable, with some long-running issues with the Magna
stalling immediately after starting
eventually being tracked down and resolved.
Modifications
I have done the following modifications:
Initially, the car suffered from serious wheel hop when accelerating hard while cornering.
The polyurethane engine mount significantly reduced the wheel hop
to almost nothing, due to the reduced engine movement.
Installation of the Whiteline rear sway bar further reduced the wheel hop,
as it ensures there is more downward force on the inside front wheel while cornering.
The KYB shocks and struts provided a further reduction in the wheel hop,
due to the better rebound of the new front struts.
The handling of my Magna is now significantly better than it was, and is a lot more fun to drive!
