Lyndon and Aliesha

Last month I had the privilege of shooting the wedding of one of my nieces. I enjoy capturing special occasions and memories, and weddings are always a special day for a couple and their families.
The groom managed to leave the wedding rings at home before the church ceremony, and only realised just before the service started. As the groom didn't live far from the church, the rings were sourced in time for the ring exchange later in the ceremony!
Here is a selection of photos from the day.

In late November last year, I was privileged to be able to photograph the wedding of one of my nephews - the first of my nephews and nieces to be married.
My oldest daughter, aged 13, was my second shooter for the day, and captured the photo below showing an emotional father of the bride. This shot would not have been possible without a second shooter, as I was at the front of the church, shooting the processional entering the church.
Instead of a stately recessional at the end of the service, the bridal couple had decided to run out of church, with the rest of the bridal party following. It caught me by surprise, but I still managed to capture a photo of their exit.
We had a lot of fun throughout the day, and I really enjoyed sharing the day with Brady and Bernice, photographing their special day. A selection of photos from their wedding day are included below.
A sneak peek at a wedding I shot last month. We spent some time up on the hills in Jarrahdale, and in this photo, the bridal couple are taking it easy, leaning on a gate while enjoying the view.

A sneak peek at a wedding I shot a few weeks ago. Here's the bride pretending to drive away in the very cool Kombi that they used as their wedding car.

Last month I shot the wedding of Marius and Alice. The rain held off during the day, with only a shower or two when we were driving between locations. It was a fun day, and we visited some of my favourite wedding photo locations, including UWA and the Crawley Edge boatshed.
Here's a few shots from the day.

When walking through the old city of Elburg, in the Netherlands, earlier this year, a wedding was about to start. I loved the look of the flowers on this black VW Beetle that was parked outside the town hall, so I took a couple of shots with my 10-22mm lens.

Here is a photo from a wedding I shot earlier this month. This was a spur-of-the-moment shot, taken out the window of my parked car with a 70-200mm lens, as the wedding cars were driving through a carpark towards me.

In September, I had the pleasure of shooting the wedding of Derek and Kelly-lee. The weather was fantastic, and we had a great day, visiting a number of lovely locations for bridal photos after the church ceremony.
Here's a selection of photos from the day.

Here are some photos from Michael and Kathryn's wedding, shot in December. It was a very hot day, but we had a lot of fun, despite the heat, and the two flower girls performed very well all day!
