The view from the Kata View Point is a great vantage point with a great view.
The bay nearest to the view point is Kata Noi Beach, the next one is Kata Beach, and the last one is Karon Beach. Patong Beach is on the far side of the hills on the far side of Karon Beach. The small island visible on the left is Pu Island.
Unfortunately, it was overcast almost every day we were there, so we didn't get blue skies. However, I like the green vegetation framing this photo.
